Frederick Russouw

Frederick successfully adjusted from an Aviation background to the Energy and Engineering 
environment and successfully engaged with the Programme Director, 8 Project Managers 
and grass root level programme resources to fulfil his three roles successfully. He was 
trusted by the Programme Director to contact Power Station Managers to arrange to 
conduct secret quality audits of work performed by sub-contractors at power stations. His 
reports were of high quality and served as evidence of sub-standard deliverables.
