Franklin Ngangu

I was born and grew up in Kinshasa (DRC), I love to sing, learn, read, and travel. I circumnavigated Africa. I am a volunteer regularly and passionate about social and technology. 
Currently, I am studying software development (Diploma)at Rosebank college cape town (south Africa) and Graphic design at Alison Online (Diploma).
Experienced customer service consultant. Over the past two years, I've been involved in various industries:  and I'm delighted to help the people I interact with. I have grown and improved in my ability to communicate with all types of customers and to deal with handling sensitive personal information as well as credit card usage and assisting people with disabilities.
