About Francois Lensley:

I have over 10 years management experience for various company's in the mining environment. My mindset is to do my work as if the company that I work for is my own. I also believe that if you look after your employees and treat them well, they will look after you and your company. I'm passionate about safety and recently also started studying SAMTRAC to get my safety officer cerfification.

Experience

Started my management career in the ready mix concrete industry. From there on I moved over to mining where I managed various engineering company's, mainly at the Amandelbult Concentrator 

Education

I recently started studying SAMTRAC to become certified as a qualified safety officer. I have obtained my A2 and Legal liability and have a 2.6.1 appointment currently on Anglo Platinum.
