I have about 24 years as a Change Management specialist. I am a verified expert in Change Management. I spent 9 years in professional consulting firms, Thomas International, Deloitte, PwC and IBM. I also spent 5 years as Head of Change Management in Absa Group. I worked as a Independent Consultant in between careers for a number of years.

I am currently Founder of FLOCONSULT, a niche Change Leadership Coaching and Consulting practice. I am also a global professional speaker on change leadership, change management and building resilience.

Education

I have a BSc HONS Psychology. Graduate of the Duke University Excellence Programme. Completed the Absa Group Executive Leadership Development Programme that was 18 months long and involved travel to FinTechs in China and Singapore. I am an professionally Certified HCMBOK, HCMBOK to Agile and HCMP Facilitator.
