A Biodiversity Conservationist with 16 years’ experience and 7 years’ experience in Strategic planning management position and supervision, environmental law enforcement, Investigation of criminal offences, application of education and Awareness in law enforcement in collaboration with Judicial. My experience also extend to my direct involvement in planning and execution of joint operation with the South African Police Service (SAPS) in the field of Law enforcement and case management.

Budget management (planning and expenditure). Focus area in budget planning and expenditure relates to infrastructure management and maintenance. 

Public relations include education and awareness to members of the public and schools on issues crime and environment, Stakeholder and client’s liaison/ Stakeholders engagement and management,.

Technical experience includes but not limited to the interpretation of technical reports and documents. Development and Research analysis, Strong project management, resource management, program management skills, Proficiency in vegetation surveys, monitoring and research skills. Biodiversity programs assessment,

Other relevant information relates to Public Service Regulatory Framework (Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations), application of performance management system.

Sound Knowledge of various environmental legislations and other sector laws which include in the main, Criminal procedure Act, basic understanding of the basic provision of the constitution including my current environmental sector laws such as Marine Living Resources Act, National Water Act, National Environmental Management Act, Criminal Procedure Act and Public Finance Management Act. Land Use Management Act (SPLUMA).

Personal attributes include Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team, develop and motivate people and good presentation skills, problem solving skills and very analytical. Track record for meeting timelines and exceeding, stakeholder engagement supports and compliance.

Firearm competency: I am currently firearm competent with good firearm management track record for both handgun and rifles.

I am in possession of QGIS certificate.
