I have been working in the  Call Centre Industry for many years, and have proven to be successful in all the positions that I have filled. I last fulfilled  the QA Team Lead position at ProGrit Global in their crypto currency division. I have excellent Administration, QA and telephony skills. I am a fast learner and very motivated.
