Faith Sotondoshe

I have over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry, specialising in African cuisine. My passion for cooking and sharing my culture through food has motivated me to establish my own successful catering business, Nande's Kitchen. Through this endeavour, I have not only sharpened my skills in recipe development and leadership but also contributed positively to my community by creating employment opportunities for young people. I am dedicated to further developing my abilities in the food industry, and I look forward to more opportunities to showcase my skills.

The training experiences have helped me to develop my skills and knowledge in the food industry. My participation in the Cohort 4 Incubator Program at Makers Landing Food-Lab, the Accelerator program at R Labs InnovIA, and the Top Tech Tools For Women In Business program at The Cape Innovation & Technology Initiative have all played a significant role in shaping my expertise as a food entrepreneur. Additionally, winning the Realise A Dream Food Entrepreneurship Competition in 2022 has been a highlight of my journey in pursuing my passion for food and business. These educational experiences have provided me with the tools and resources necessary to excel in the food industry, and I am eager to continue learning and growing in this field.
