I am always willing to learn, I am a flexible person, who has no problems with fitting in where help is needed, even if it is not part of my job description.
My experience with customer service has taught me a lot and how to deal with people on many levels, build rapport and show compassion and professionalism in every different situation or query.

I have always had a keen interest in assisting people and customer service and am very interested to learn. I also have the ability to learn fast and adapt to any environment and workplace and have also gained experience in Customer Service and Administration for a UK & SA based Call Centre Industry.
