When you review my enclosed resume, you will find that I possess over 13 years of experience in a busy retail and hospital environment. Throughout my career, I have held a position as a hospital senior pharmacist, responsible pharmacist (Pharmacy manager) at a big retail company, DUR Pharmacist, and Team Leader (Supervisor) for DUR Pharmacists and Pharmacists assistants in a big Medical Aid scheme company.

I do have to mention that I possess great communication skills, and management (both operational and human resource), I work well independently, and in a team and I strive to meet deadlines for all my tasks.

I have also enrolled in a postgraduate course which is still in progress, where I have been trained immensely on Leadership Principles, Management Managers who Lead), teamwork, peoples skills, Quality improvement plans (QIP) in a Workplace, Risk assessment, and management, Pharmacoeconomics, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Procurement and Supply Chain Management (SCM) and, Distribution, etc.

I am currently working as a Deputy Director at the National Department of Health- Global Fund Chief Directorate, as a Health Product Manager (HPM) and Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSM). In my current role, I work with different programs, HIV/AIDs, and TB management departments and their programs (NTP). We procure ARVs and TB drugs ( Preventative (3-HP), MDR TB drugs, etc.), with donor Funds through Global Fund, we do not only procure we offer oversight support to our Subrecipients(SRs) during procurements of Health products, Equipment, and services, I also assist Lead Implementers and SRs with demand planning, forecasting, and quantification before we procurements of health pharmaceutical or non Pharmaceutical commodities, we perform commodity tracking to ensure that the targeted end-users are receiving the donations, timeously report to the global fund on usage and tracking of health products and burn rate of donated funds.

As a deputy director at the NDoH Global fund directorate, I serve in the Bid Specification Committee (BSC) and Bid Evaluation  (BEC) committees for different tender awards e,g. Warehousing and QA service provider amongst others.

I believe I have relevant qualifications, experience, and knowledge and will be a valuable asset to your organization. I aspire to learn new things every day.
