Experience

I am currently working as an Accounts Receivable clerk (Other Debtors/Student Debtors) my duties include:

  • Resolving debtor’s queries
  • Legal collection activities
  • Distribute accurate monthly statements to clients
  • Ensure that all payments due from debtor accounts are collected on time and in a professional manner
  • Adhere to policies and procedures
  • Assist Financial Manager during internal and external audits
  • Assist Financial Officer with monthly reports
  • Manage the electronic financial system (Coltech/Sage Evolution) 
  • Adhoc AR/Student debtors related duties
  • Prepare all AR/Student refunds

Assist bursary / self-paying students with queries with regards to NSFAS/external bursaries, account queries etc. 

Education

Qualification: National Certificate in Financial Management N4, N5, N6
