Over the years, I’ve built strong skills in first-call resolution, upselling, cross-selling, and helping new team members learn the ropes. I have completed my Matric and hold a Diploma in Marketing Management. My studies equipped me with strong knowledge of customer relations, marketing strategies, and business communication, which I apply effectively in my customer service and sales roles.
