Some of my other key skills include excellent typing skills, compilation of documents, a high level of IT literacy and the ability to trouble-shoot technical problems; prioritisation, remain calm under pressure and remain focused; manage with shifting set of priorities (flexibility, adaptability).

- Change manager and developer of process flow within Excellence House
- Personal Assistant to the Directors
- Setting up standards and maintaining procedures for the effective and smooth running of the office and staff.
- Setting up and maintaining standard operational procedures in respect of filing, library and inventory of assets.

- Complete tender forms, compilation of tenders and submission of tender packs.
Human Resources
- Time sheets administration for all staff, report collation and submissions to Management.
- Assisting with all recruitment and HR functions including CV search, candidate contact, client correspondence, setting up of interviews, typing of CVs, etc
- Receiving and assisting with job specifications etc.
- Induction and onboarding of new staff.
- Responsible for exit procedure of staff leaving.
- Maintaining and adequate keeping of personnel leave days and database.
Financial
- Compilation of invoices and statements for all projects.
- Follow up on payment of invoices.
- Petty cash administration.
