Cared for eight patients on rotation,receiving a 100% patient satisfaction score. Assisted eighteen patients with ADLS, including personal hygiene (bathing and grooming) ,dressing, feeding and exercise. 

Performing house keeping duties such as cleaning, laundry and meals. 

Monitoring of the patient schedule that is; doctors appointments, medication schedules and family visits. Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to the nursing team.
