Probably when I was helping out as an IT Helpdesk. I installed windows, connected them the the company server for their emails. Checked for viruses, removed viruses. Cleaned the PC Cases and internal components. Did Maintenance on the PC's and upgraded the parts or replaced as needed.

I only have Grade 10 on my name, the subject I was good at, was english and CAT
