I graduated at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University with a BSc Mathematical Science-Degree (Computer Science and Statistics) and Honors (Computer Science). Passionate about IT (information technology) and problem solving. Developed the ability to think creatively, critically, and strategically, and to process and communicate information. Passionate with technology, bringing new ideas to life, and investigating and applying programming techniques to discover insights that help organizations make informed decisions that are supported by scientific research and evidence,.

 Create SQL queries so that you can retrieve logs from internal databases. 

 Investigate, find potential solutions, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot.

 Investigating and correcting faults in software and processes.

 The support processes for the different line business systems (policy maintenance, new business, claims, and collection)

 Assist the diverse Policy Administration Frameworks.

 Offer technical assistance for application systems at the enterprise level. 

 Investigate, find potential solutions, diagnose problems, and troubleshoot. 

 Sort and address several outstanding issues. 

 Talk to the development team about any problems you're having processing data. 

 Give guidance when developing software and creating documentation. 

 Install, evaluate, and incorporate different apps. 

 keeping an eye on how the equipment is operating to make sure the system is operating as intended.
