Self motivated and creative individual. Always looking to improve and acquire more knowledge. My aim is to help others to become the best version of themselves. I don't shy away from hard work, hard work serves as an example for others what they can accomplish with effort and dedication. 

Experience

For the past 2 years I have been coaching private clients, both face to face and online, not only through exercise but teaching them about physiology and nutrition, bioenergetics, to be a better version of themselves. I am making a career change to Physical Education. I believe I can be a great asset to any school with a vast amount of knowledge and experience surrounding the inner and outer workings of the body and how it functions. Making the appropriate life choices are done by being informed, and it starts at a young age.
