I am currently working on a Contract at Exxaro.  Prior to that I worked as an International HR Business Partner on various projects in Africa and have a team of 8 colleagues reporting directly to me.  Support the achievement of business objectives through effective Business Partnering.  Ensure that all HR plans are supportive of the business' needs by preparing updated and accurate reports on all people related information monthly as required.   

I provide support to the Organization in the provision of a high quality and professional service by providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues in alignment with HR policies and procedures and Employment Law. Support the achievement of business objectives through effective Business Partnering ("Having a seat at the table").  Ensure that all HR plans are supportive of the business' needs by preparing updated and accurate reports on all people related information monthly as required (Absenteeism, Vacancy, Turnover, Headcount, EE stats, Workforce analysis, IR, ROI on Training Implementation etc.)
