I work at Sasko Klersdorp Mill as a Production Manager, responsible for overseeing the production of White star Instant Porridge. I spent half of the time in the office, so I understand the administrative elements of the job. I spent the other half on the floor of the factory, ensuring that all products, quality according to company specifications and ensuring people’s health and safety.
