I have an experience in administration in a private Company and grew my experience a lot with Human Resources and client communication as well as tele skills and sales. I grew my experience in Retail as a general worker then I become second in charge of a department of sea food. I got to do cashier and administration for my colleagues in capturing leave form then later on in the Fresh Fruits Department. Customer service professional with several years of demonstrated excellence in achieving company goals and successfully assisting customers. Strong problem solver with the multitasking ability to handle several customer needs with ease. A Sales position that grew me into how can I get own leads and yet even lend clients. The Gauteng Provincial Government as a (Contract Internship) for Call Centre Agent/ IT Helpdesk for Covid 19 and External Gauteng government queries, relief, and emergency contact Centre for Gauteng Government.

My bachelor in business administration is a degree that has made my career flexible for it aligns with most positions I have worked for whether from general to call center and sale. I have outgrew most of my experience in retail with that degree and am very fortunate to have got the most experience. And am looking forward to growing with the positions that will entail me for am not specifically choosey am a determined hard work with good time skills
