I have 13 years Customer service experience in an Airline, Property industry and 4yrs experience in Data capturing role using TIER.net and Redcap. I completed a Diploma in Business Administration in 2010. I have Certificate in Amadeus reservations & fares, Domestic fares & ticketing, and International fares & ticketing, Intern Ferdelity fund certificate and Data Quality.  I am Friendly, Focused, Have Respect & Integrity. I am team player, very cooperative when it comes to assignments and can adapt very easily. I enjoy working & meeting people of different cultures, have the ability to work unsupervised, Handle pressure & still maintain targeted productivity.
