I am a customer service consultant who has more than 40 years of experience in the Insurance and banking industry,  and who has a passion for excellent client service TCF (treating clients fairly) and can communicate in a variety of local languages. Xhosa, Zulu, Tswana,  Sotho and  Ndebele. I am a flexible, good team player and prefer to follow strict company SOPs (standard operating procedures). I am a reliable, dedicated worker who likes to be accountable for my work, with a pleasant personality willing to learn new things and open to sharing my vast knowledge in banking, training claims management and Insurance.
