I  hold a Bachelor of Social Sciences Honours degree specializing in Sociology from the University of the Free State. Previously, I worked as a tutor, where I developed strong mentoring skills and helped students navigate academic challenges. I have experience using learning management systems like Moodle and Blackboard, as well as facilitating online and in-person student support programs.

I provided academic support to third year sociology students, assisting with critical thinking, research skills and course work. Facilitated discussions and one-on-one to improve engagement and performance. Utilized learning management systems like Blackboard for student support. Conducted virtual and in-person tutoring sessions using Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Developed strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills in social sciences. Conducted interviews and engaged participants  for research studies.
