Started working in agriculture in 2000, have some experience in the milling industry, I'm a silo manager since 2006, and took the role as a senior silo manager in 2012 till current, working for the same company for the last 23 years

All relevant training in the grain industry, fumigation with valid fbo number, risk control management, financial management, negotiation skills, discipline in the workplace.
