• Manage Investigations
• Manage outsource investigators/companies – peruse reports ensure investigations are
completed within SLA and are of the highest quality ensuring TCF is adhered to.
• Monitor ROI with outsourced companies.
• Take over sensitive/high profile investigations from outsource companies or within the
company.
• Open cases with the SAPS, liaise with the NPA to build relationships.
• Prepare documents for court proceedings.
• Attend court proceedings and testify on behalf of Bryte Insurance when required.
• Conduct fire investigations.
• Investigate/allocate all possible fraudulent transactions as flagged by the system for
investigation.
• Investigate/allocate referrals from all departments for investigations.
• Assist in creating system rules to flag possible fraudulent/irregularities in claims/transac
• Build internal working relationships between the various departments.
• Build and maintain external relationships, brokers, service providers, Insurers, SAPS,
municipal departments.

Investigative Interview” in 2015. My results
provided an “Excellent” grade. This course is
rated at NQF Level 5 (National Diploma
Level) and have a Credit Value of 4. This
course is the most intensive and
comprehensive course in investigative
interviewing presented in South Africa. It
provided an effective and systematic
approach to investigative interviews, ensuring
optimum results during investigative
interviews.
