Multi storey Housing (390 Units) Pretoria East, Centurion & Rustenburg for Centro Developers.
Transnet Wireless site Upgrades (23 Sites) starting from Heidelberg (Gauteng) to Durban (Kzn) all situated On-Route within a 650 KM radius of Rugged & Mountainous terrain included Roads, Antenna’s, Civil, Structural, Electrical, Feeder Cables, HVAC Systems etc.

Tasks and Duties:

Project Management, Cost Management , Project Planning, Operations Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate Development, Safety  Management Systems, Risk Management, Civil Construction, Steel Construction, Rigging.

Self Employed  as  director at 3 Peaks Construction with demonstrated history in the Civil Engineering Building & Telecom Wireless industry. 
Admin skills include the use and application of Microsoft Project Management, Excel, Word & Office.
