For the past seven years, I have served as the Departmental Head of Humanities at Glenhaven Secondary School, a role that has allowed me to cultivate a thriving academic environment grounded in critical thinking, cultural awareness, and interdisciplinary learning. I have led a dynamic team of educators across subjects including History, Geography, and Life Orientation, Visual Art, Dramatic Art, Creative Art, Social Science fostering collaboration and promoting innovative teaching strategies aligned with national curriculum standards. Under my leadership, the department achieved consistent improvements in learner outcomes and subject pass rates, a testament to our shared commitment to excellence.
