Dimpho Mabulana

I am known as Dimpho Mabulana, I am originally from Pretoria, and I am currently based in Johannesburg. I have over 10 years of working experience in different roles such as Customer Relations Officer, Receptionist, Office Administrator, Case Manager Assistant and currently work in an insurance company as a Conservations Consultant. I have great communication skills, people skills, I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and speak a total of 8 languages. I am passionate about making a difference in the world as I am a very compassionate hard working individual, I find that I excel in a corporate office role which involves customer relations, communication with clients via telephone or email, it comes natural to me to negotiate and persuade with the intention of giving product knowledge or rendering  a service to clients. 

The experience I have gained for over ten years has contributed in mastering many skills such as being good at Microsoft Office packages i.e. Excell, Word, PowerPoint etc… I have great people skills, I do well in planning and executing projects as I am very strategic and well organized. I have an RE5 qualification which is accredited by the FSCA. I am good with financial reports and giving financial advice. I am very ambitious, innovative and work well in a team as I adjust easily to any work environment with aim to achieve the same objective as the company goal. I have core leadership skills as I have been appointed as a Team Leader for my team in 2019 , the highlight of my career is recently winning an award as a Top Performer on all fronts for overall performance with the highest number of policies conserved, the highest conservation rate and the highest total premium conserved for the department.
