Experience

I have banking experience of over 14 years. I started my career path at Standard Bank in 2009 where I worked as an Account Management Consultant. I gained experience in the following products : Credit Card and Home loans. During my time at Standard I also got a brief exposure in working as an administrator in Debt Review.  I have since moved to Capitec Bank working as a Collections agent. We collect on all Credit products that the bank offers and I have since also gained 1 year team leader experience. I also upskill myself with assisting with QA calls for the team or working on projects that will assist the department with alignment. 

Education

I have Bachelor of Arts in Applied psychology for Professional Contexts which i passed with a Cum Laude and also have an Honours Degree in Psychology
