I am a seasoned professional in the Facilities Management field with over 15 years of experience at large institutions. I am driven by a need to exceed expectations and leave no task incomplete. I am highly focused and disciplined with a keen attention to detail. I am ambitious and determined, to attain greater heights and breakthrough challenges that lay before me.

I am well versed in multiple areas of management including staff management, maintenance logs and delagation of tasks to appropriate individuals. Compiling of budgets and tracking of progress of tasks and projects. Procurement of materials and payment authorization to supplier's and contractors. Client and customer liaising to ensure seamless and efficient experiences for all parties. Health and safety procedures and protocols to ensure staff and clients are safe at all times. Incident handling and corrective responses to injuries and accidents. Administrative duties to ensure all work is traceable and readily available. Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD with a technological acumen to learn new software fast and efficiently. 

Graduated high school in 2005 with grade 12 from Verulam Secondary School. Subjects included Mathematics, Physical Science, Computer Studies, Biology, English and Afrikaans.

Tertiary education in Electrical Engineering at Ethekwini FET College completed in 2007 with a N5 certificate. Subjects included Engineering Science, Mathematics, Industrial Electronics and Electrical Trade Theory.
