4. Inventory Management

• Accurate data capturing - receipts and dispatch of stocks.
• Stock returns and quarantine back to production.
• Conducts physical stock count of the warehouse on an ongoing basis.

5. Staff Supervision

• Ensures that all SHEQ (Safety, Health, and Environment & Quality) procedures and policies are adhered to at all times. 
• Ensure adherence to Quality Work Instructions.
• Ensure effective turnaround of vehicles and time management.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements by the team. 
• Ensure that all stacking safety regulations are adhered to at all times, providing a safe working environment.
• Advise subordinates of any special operational requirements / instructions
• Ensure Hyster equipment is maintained and daily check sheets documented.
• Management of own team performance
• Attend daily Smartcoms and highlight issues of concern.
• Compile regular reports with recommendations and Implement changes. 
• Mentor, guide and supervise subordinates. Perform any other duties as delegated by management.

6. Communication

• Identify areas of non-conformance and report to senior manager
• Communicate work instruction to staff and work effectively to enhance team performance
