I bring over two decades of extensive experience across various industries. My 
ability to consistently meet deadlines and achieve targets is complemented by my 
adaptability and strong teamwork skills. Additionally, I excel in customer relations 
and effective communication.

While I may not have formal sales management experience, my 20+ year
career in sales consultancy has instilled in me the natural leadership
qualities and I have had the opportunity to work with great sales managers
and directors. Throughout my career, I’ve consistently exceeded sales
targets and spearheaded collaborative efforts, fostering a winning attitude
within teams.
My passion lies in not only achieving personal sales goals but also in
mentoring and motivating colleagues. I consistently ranked among the top
performers in my previous role, but more importantly, I coached quite a
number of consultants, resulting in a positive outcomes for the team. My
ability to identify and nurture talent, coupled with my strategic sales
expertise, positions me to effectively lead and empower your sales team.
