I independently managed an account under the supervision of the Key Account Manager, addressing customer needs and promoting new products. I prioritized customer satisfaction through effective communication on stock availability, order status, and addressing concerns. Administrative duties included document filing and supporting the sales team. I received recognition for her outstanding performance, being awarded the most consistent employee in 2022 and the most improved employee in 2021 at Bossard.
