arguments in both District and Regional Magistrates Courts, preparing witnesses for
testimony, conducting examination in chief and cross-examination.
Preparation of briefs to Council for High Court Litigation and attending to Council’s
instructions.
Estate Department Duties:
Preparation and submission of preliminary documents for the registrationof Estates.
Preparation and submission of preliminary documents for the registrationof trusts.
Taking instructions for Last Wills and testaments and Living Wills.Drafting the above
