I hold various relevant certifications that have ensure I have a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software has enabled me to effectively analyse data and make informed decisions to steer the sales team towards achievement. 


My latest certification was via an online correspondence course for property inspection in 2022. I completed the course within the specified period and with an internationally recognised certification .Prior to that  (2006) , I completed a Management Development Program as well as various customer service , sales and CRM short courses via my employers accredited training facility.
