I would like to apply for a position of Creditors clerk. This position would be an opportunity for me to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of Finance. I have a strong passion for Finance. This is undoubtedly a good opportunity for me proof and show my knowledge and skill in the accounts department.

I believe I will be the suitable candidate as I have solid experience in the following, petty cash, accounts payable/creditors, reconciliations, capturing, allocations, travel office and I also worked in HR where policies and procedure are of most important and dealing with confidential matters and being discreet.

I am a hard worker full of ambition and I always strive for nothing less than excellent performance in my work. My work requires extensive Finance and to ensure that the required policies and procedures are complied with. The details of my work experience are outlined in my resume attached.

• Ensure suppliers account statements are received before the 10th 
• Ensure that all open items are matched where applicable 
• Run payment proposal and attach the pro forma reconciliation
• Requests RFC documents from the branches and email them to suppliers to pass credit.
• Process journals where applicable 
• Give the final pro forma recon and all relevant supporting documents to accounts manager
• File reconciliations accurately and timeously
• Communicate outstanding credits with suppliers
