I am an experienced property management and development professional with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Property Studies. I have held key roles at reputable organisations, including Berkeley Developments, the Public Transport Authority of Western Australia, and Main Roads - Western Australia. At Berkeley Developments, I managed client relations, property inspections, repairs, and financial feasibility assessments. In my role at the PTA of Western Australia, I oversaw a portfolio of over 400 commercial leases, ensuring compliance and initiating lease renewals. At Main Roads - Western Australia, I specialised in managing a government land portfolio, conducting land research, facilitating lease negotiations, and optimising market rental recommendations. While I am currently based in South Africa, I am willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
