I am a diligent individual. I have worked in customer service industry my entire life and I recently moved to Thailand to teach English. I am relocating back to South Africa at the end of November. I have many years of customer service and I excel in dealing with people and resolving issue faced. I enjoy helping others and take pride in enduring until the end result is achieved. I have excellent listening and communication skills and I use this to make sure that I deliver on my promises and uphold the company values. 

I have many years of experience in the customer service industry, as a flight controller for Emirates to being a service consultant, second in charge at Capitec Bank for almost 9 years. Currently I followed my passion to teach and am living in the beautiful Thailand, working at a school as an English teacher.

I have a 120hr TESOL / TEFL certification
