I am a competent Vehicle Sales Manager with a lot of experience in Sales Management.  I started many years ago as a Sales Executive moved up to F&I, did this for sometime and have been a Sales Manager for close on 12years.  I have the experience and interpersonal skills to make a success of any position I get to work in.  I like to motivate my staff in a positive you so they can out perform themselves and earn more money.  Happy sales executives, happy manager, happy DP and OEM and then Very Happy customers.

I started in the Motor Industry as doing vehicle sales.  Later on I worked at a dealer where the F&I was very slow in processing the applications - I the did the deal and delivered the vehicle before she could complete the application.  The Owner then said I must become the F&I and run the selling side of the business as he had a few NANDO's that he had to run.  After that I mobed on the being the Sales Manager as having Sales experience, F&I experience amde me a better and faster thinker as a Sales Manager.  This also gave me better interpersonal skills and the understanding how to motivate my staff.
