I am residing in Centurion and am currently employed at Laerskool Swartkop as a Debtors Clerk.

I am bilingual in Afrikaans and English. My reading and writing skills in Afrikaans and English are excellent. I am a perfectionist in my emails, social media communication and SMSs and WhatsApp in the work environment.

I have 26 years working experience in bookkeeping, debtor control, accounts and admin.  

I am happy with my current position.  With covid still a vivid memory in all of our minds I have learned a lot.  I have set up a home office with my computer, printer, internet and phone and can do any job with efficiency from home.

I am contacting you to apply for any bookkeeping or admin duties part time (hybrid) and what I can do from home to enhance your company's efficiency. 

I am willing to load any bookkeeping program on my computer to accommodate you.  I specialise in D6 (Principal Primary) that most of the schools are currently using.  I have experience in Pastel and Pastel Payroll.

I am more than willing to accept any work and make a success of it and even if I can learn more to be more successful in whatever task or project I will be asked to complete. I have outstanding qualities such as: very well organized, structured, hardworking, punctual, trustworthy, reliable, always attention to detail, resilient, very friendly, and professionalism at all times. I am always walking that extra mile for an employer, working long hours, not a clock watcher. I even show sympathy and empathy and am always willing to help.

It would be a great privilege and honour to me to be able to assist a stable company where I can use my skills and learn more every day.

I have a lot of experience with different people in different areas of life and I am getting along easily and very well with fellow employees and clients. Currently I only work until 14:00 in the afternoons (But wish to discuss my hours with the school when I do get a Hybrid position).  I am also available on weekends and school holidays. 

I am thriving under pressure and get things done thoroughly and properly and always on time. Deadline positions are usually very stressful and with quite a lot of pressure, that I have handled very well with success.
