• Tracking and tracing of truck arrivals
• Daily price updates on market
• Communication with agencies on the markets and farmers (deals etc)
• Daily stock counts which includes sell by dates, pack dates and week reports
• FIFO
• Buyers file updates
• Growing programs both winter and summer seasons
• Weekly availability and price checks
• Work closely with QC (quality control)
• Daily shortage reports
• Weekly store and farm visits
• Daily farm communication
• Weekly planning and orders
• Daily orders against sales reports
• Daily production guide handovers
• Basic IR
