Experience


Test incoming raw materials, Monitoring the quality of all the 
product being manufactured in the plant. Taking a through look at 
the plans, specifcations and blueprint to understand the product 
requirements. Verify process control sheets .Monitoring of critical 
control points(CIP),Pre-requisite programme(PRPS) and OPRPs in 
the plant. Conducting micro sampling, environmental monitoring, 
inhouse microbiological and analytical testing. Assisting with R&D 
trials. Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which 
includes daily reports and performance.
