I have got a debt collection experience of 6 years collecting outstanding balance and arrears on accounts, and negotiating for settlements and monthly payments, am a very hard working person,who put's effort in every task given. 

I started my debt collection career at JDT Financial services company at 2016 to 2021,Now am working at Nimble Group started 2022 to date, I gained different types of skills, managed to improve my negotiations skill, build a strong rapport with debtors,listening effectively and give a good customer care. 

Attended my high school at Prudence high school and completed on 2003    subjects :English, Afrikaans,Tswana      Biology,Geography and History
