M & E Officer - Community Media Trust - CMT

Project at head office ended – was offered HR Assistant Position
o Work with basic programme databases
o Monitor receipt of M&E data per activity at head office
o Support the Outreach Programmes Manager
o Checking and coding of monthly reconciliations
o Processing of Open Day and Training data and collated into excel
formats.
o Compile reports totals in CMT collation sheet and Narrative for JHU
o Electronic copies and paper-based copies filed and logged for
referencing purposes.
o Report of Data submitted and processed these reports consist of health
literacy programmes that took place in all provinces such as KZN, PMB
& East London.
o Collated the health literacy information with specific focus on HIV/Aids,
TB, Medical Male curcumsion (MMC) and many others.
o Collated data information on maternal and child health, infection control
and chronic diseases trainings funded by UNICEF.
o Send all the Provincial reports to regions with feedback.
o Assist with translations on pamphlets with regards to HIV/Aids, TB
o Admin and filing
o Follow-up on outstanding M&E form.
