I have over 8 years’ construction QA/QC experience. I have had the opportunity of working on small Turn-around and big Projects. I have also had the privilege of working on projects Owners team representative. Many of these projects were very intense with accelerated programs, and had great amounts of scheduled pressure in order to meet project deadlines. As a result; I’ve learnt to be dynamic in the way in which I approach management and quality related situations, on site, in order to achieve positive results for the benefit of the project. I enjoy taking the approach of highlighting to the construction teams, the benefits, to the project, of adhering to the project’s specifications, codes/standards and industry best practice, which in turn prevent delays and save costs. Quality management is my passion and the driving force which propels me forward so that I continue to be effective within my area of expertise.My involvement in Minor and big projects, have assisted me to grow my knowledge in the area of my expertise, being QA/QC. I have experience in the Piping, Mechanical Equipment (Static & Rotating), Structural Steel, Coating, in the Oil & Gas, Refinery and Power Plants.
