I work for TADFIN Loans, a company that sells loans to recruitment agencies and their employees. 
I work the risk department and do the following: 

  • Reconcile marketing and payments
  • Processing of payments that come into the bank on various systems such as MaxMoney and Acpas
  • Building campaigns for our collection company 
  • I do stats on queries received, marketing sent, incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Send out email campaigns
  • Processing the allocation of accounts and journals
  • Updating certain files for payments paid
  • Booking of settlements and refunds on various systems
