Experience
I am writing to express my interest in the Receptionist/Admin position at your company. I believe my years of work experience as a receptionist, Administrator and my communication skills, make me an ideal candidate for this role.
You will see from my resume that I have experience in a similar role since 2009, including reception in my current role and have experienced the hustle and bustle of busy environments having to direct multiple phone lines to relevant persons. This gives me strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task and meet necessary deadlines.
I have experience with variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks accounting software.
In my current role, I am responsible for all administrative duties, invoicing, purchase orders, preparing quotes, finding best pricing, remittance, answering all calls but not limited to. I am also currently attempting my grade 12. I have recently passed my learners and will soon go and pass out for my driver’s license, this makes me self-motivated and believe in continuously creating a better version of myself. One is never too old to learn.

Education
I am attempting grade 12 of which I have just completed my exam on 3 subjects and will register for the next 3 in November 2022.
I have started a life coaching course and have completed my diploma and will start next with my certificate.
I passed my leaners in January this year but yet to go pass out for my license.
I have done a few short courses ie, job readiness and office basics . I have gone to shadow at Media 24 while doing my office basics which gave me great insight at a leading executive company.
I am self- motivated and strive to gain as much knowledge as possible.
