I have 10 years experience in customer service, been able to assist customer and giving the best service to each and every customer I get in contact with. Understanding customers needs and been able to listen to what the customer need and making sure that I resolve the customer prblem/matter. I have experience in Inbound and Outbound calls, tracking customers orders. 

*I have worked at Home Choice for 5years as a Customer Service Agent, dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls. 

*Worked at DirectAxis as a Validator and Customer Service Agent for 5 years, dealing with Inbound and Outbound calls. Assisting customer with finalizing their loan applications. 

*I did Grade 12 at Malibu High School. 

*Went to  College of Cape Town after Grade 12, did Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship course NCS N3. 

*Now I am doing Office Management Comprehensive Certificate at Skills Academy.
