· Build and maintain client relationship by keeping clients informed of progress regarding their application, queries and requests
· Discover client's service and digital needs through connecting, understanding and delivering financial solutions with care
· Clerical admin duties, SAP updates on monthly basis and maintain filling system
· Required to assist newly appointed service Consultant with system navigation while they observe
· Act as a mentor to less experienced service Consultants because of level product and process knowledge
· Recommended additional, useful services to customers, which helped to increase overall sales.

N6 certificate in Financial management and currently studying Bachelor of commerce in financial management second year at Mancosa
