I am a target driven enthusiastic individual with 5 years of experience in various areas of law. I am always willing to learn and apply myself accordingly. I have worked alongside some of the most prominent attorneys and judges within the KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape bar. My passion for law also extends into my academic endeavors whereby I am currently placed within the top 1% of law students in the country I am also a member of the golden key honor society as well as the Law student society. I am hardworking and dedicated to do whatever it takes to achieve the best possible outcome in all circumstances. I believe in hard work and commitment to whichever organization I am affiliated with. My philosophy is "Right the first time" this means that if a task is executed effectively and correctly on the first try then that leaves no room for repetition and a small margin for error. I also strive to finish strong in every aspect of my life thus ensuring that I will never give up nor will I fail to complete any given task

During my time at BOWMANS, I have worked alongside senior partners on M&A transactions involving South African and multinational companies and industry associations in a variety of sectors, including, the mining, information and communications technology, finance, insurance, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, rail, direct selling, gambling, liquor, tobacco, agriculture and food retail sectors. I have conducted due diligence on multiple transactions across all applicable divisions. Prepared memorandums to advise clients on their risk factors when engaging in certain business practices, attended various meetings with the purpose of dispute resolution Transcribed and prepared documents for meetings

Additionally, during my time at the Durban Magistrates court, I prepared for trials, conducted legal research and drafting pleadings. 

Handled office scheduling and made notes for deadlines, motions and other important dates. Filed court documents and legal pleadings with court clerk on behalf of attorneys. Completed document revisions, court document filings, travel arrangements and client bi ling. Developed positive working relationship with courts, clients, law enforcement members and attorneys. Provided legal research and alternative trial strategies on complex criminal matters Worked alongside various attorney's in prominent criminal cases as well as complex high net worth divorce matters
