I am an enthusiastic hard working individual who can multitask. I have great communicating and persuasive skills. I am friendly, I know how to empathize with people and also know how to deal with difficult people. I am an active listener and that makes me very attentive, observant and attention detailed. I always make sure that I give a hundred and ten percent of my mental and physical ability to complete any task I am given to do. I am a creative thinker, great with time management and excellent at problem solving. I have worked as a customer service agent at Delivery.com for 2 years and for Conner.com as a sales agent for a year. I’m computer literate and know how to communicate over the phone in order to make a customer feel comfortable to gain their trust. So I know how to deal with customer complaints, Enquiries and as well as offenses. I know how to deal with difficult customers and as well as assist customers. I am also persuasive and know how to sell to customers and convince them to buy products due to my 3 years of experience in call centre.
